Wizard Labs (Wizard Labs, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) operates the website hosted at the wizardlabs.cloud domain and all associated subdomains (the “Website”), as well as the services provided by the Website (the “Service”) in compliance with these terms and conditions of use.

Before you install our app on your store, you must read, understand and agree the terms stated here, and by using the Service you become legally bound by them.

The Service is an online invoicing software for Shopify stores. It is a mobile-compatible web application that allows the design and creation of invoices, packing slips, credit notes, and other document types. The Service is based on the SaaS (software as a service) model and requires a subscription.

You can proceed to install our app through the Shopify store. By using the service and Application, you are giving your consent to our Privacy Policy, as well as agreeing to the terms of our Terms of Service, DPA and other policies that we have made available. If you are not comfortable with any aspect of this policy, you should immediately stop using the Application.

Personal Information Collection


We process personal data that you as a user of our services provide to us, such as when you register or use the services (the "Data"). During the process of installing the Wizard Labs Application and to provide you with its full benefits, we will collect some non-sensitive personally identifiable information, including:

  • E-mail Address
  • Shopify URL

Our servers automatically collect some anonymous information for statistical purposes about your usage of the Service and Application such as:

  • Referring URL
  • IP Address
  • Date and time of Usage
  • Device ID
  • Device Type

This information we collect about you is not considered personal data and remains anonymous. We do not link this anonymous information to any other personal data. If you have not identified yourself on the Service and Application, such as by subscribing as a user or logging in, we will not link a record of your usage of our Service and Application.

  • During the account creation process, we ask you only for the data that we need to create an account. This process can be done by our application.
  • In addition to the communications already mentioned, we may contact you through the different means provided by you for the purpose of responding to any queries or requests from you or any user and handling them.

This is part of our effort to enhance the user experience, but it can also be used for testing, troubleshooting, and improving the functionality and quality of our app and services. We may use third-party Analytics Providers such as Google Analytics to monitor trends and analyze the use of our app and Services.

Children

Our services and Application is not intended for children who are under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's Privacy Protection Policy (COPPA). For this reason, we do not provide or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Security

We have implemented various technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect merchants' personal information. However, no online security measures are guaranteed. You understand and agree that your use of the application is at your own risk.
